These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms", "the Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between GV77 (hereinafter "GV77", "the Operator", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the User" or "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the GV77 platform accessible at gv77.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or services.
GV77 operates as an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games and related entertainment products. The platform is published in English and is designed with the Pakistan market in mind, though it is accessible globally subject to jurisdictional restrictions described below.
GV77 operates under applicable international licensing frameworks. GV77 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution. It is each user's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using GV77 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or participating.

By accessing the GV77 Platform, clicking "I Agree", registering an Account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the GV77 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the GV77 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
At the time of registration and at any point thereafter, GV77 reserves the right to require Players to submit satisfactory proof of identity, age, address and source of funds in accordance with KYC procedures. Acceptable documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photographic identity document, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and — where relevant — documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your Account. Any changes to your registered name, address, payment details or contact information must be updated promptly by contacting GV77 support. GV77 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.
You must keep your Account login credentials, including your password, strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify GV77 support immediately.
All deposits to and withdrawals from a GV77 Account must be made using payment methods approved and available through the platform. GV77 references familiar payment options for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of locally familiar methods. These payment-provider names are referenced for context only. GV77 does not represent that these institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling activities.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Platform at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method. PKR amounts displayed are indicative of typical thresholds and may be updated without prior notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case GV77 reserves the right to use an alternative verified payment method. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to third-party processing timelines outside GV77's direct control.
GV77 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits made using cryptocurrency (BTC or USDT) are processed based on the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain. GV77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or blockchain network delays.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and other incentives offered by GV77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the subject matter of that promotion.
The following general principles apply to all GV77 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
GV77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering patterns or other forms of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
All bets and wagers placed on the GV77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game or event. These rules are accessible within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
GV77 reserves the right to void, restrict or reverse any bet or wager that it reasonably believes was placed based on erroneous odds, incorrect pricing, a technical fault, corrupted data feeds or any event that materially affected the integrity of the market at the time of placement.
In-play betting markets on GV77 — including live cricket, PSL matches, football, UFC bouts and other live sports — are governed by real-time data. GV77 makes no warranty as to the accuracy of real-time data feeds and accepts no liability for bets settled based on erroneous live data, provided that GV77 acts reasonably and in good faith to identify and correct such errors.
GV77 reserves the right to set individual account-level limits on the maximum stake, maximum payout or maximum number of bets per event. These limits may be applied without prior notice at GV77's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GV77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the GV77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game titles, trade marks and service marks — is the exclusive property of GV77 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GV77 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit or create derivative works from any GV77 content without express prior written consent from GV77.
Any unauthorised use of GV77's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GV77 expressly excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
GV77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm or any other intangible loss, even if GV77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall GV77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GV77 is not liable for any service interruptions, downtime, technical errors or data loss caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party network failures, internet service provider outages or acts of force majeure.
GV77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that, for a small number of players, gambling can cause harm, and we take our obligation to provide tools to mitigate that harm seriously.

GV77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if GV77 reasonably believes that:
Upon closure of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (net of bonuses and after the satisfaction of any applicable conditions) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting GV77 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe following verification of the Player's identity.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GV77 holds its applicable operating licence, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the Player's jurisdiction of residence require otherwise.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact GV77's customer support team in the first instance. GV77 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, GV77 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified in the applicable licensing framework.
Pakistani Users: GV77 does not claim to submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of matters arising from the use of its gaming services. Users accessing GV77 from Pakistan do so at their own discretion and in the knowledge that Pakistani law may not provide remedies in connection with online gambling transactions.
GV77 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.
Where changes are material, GV77 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players by email to their registered address or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the GV77 Platform and request closure of your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
